Premier UK Team is lead by highly experienced professionals who have worked for international businesses in senior positions, sat on the boards of fast growing entrepreneurial businesses and have decades of experience of advising businesses on accounting, tax and other regulatory matters. Based in the City of London our Board of Partners have the right connections to help your business succeed.
Hammad is one of the founding members of Premier UK Business LLP. After spending over 20 years working for large corporates including Deloitte, Motorola, and Merrill Lynch he set up his own accounting business aimed at serving owner managed businesses in 2004. With the growth of internet and online business Hammad realised that owner managed businesses still faced a lot of hurdles when entering the UK market. After forming a company, which is simple to do there is very little guidance or help available in terms of business bank account opening and launching the business in the UK. With this in mind he set up Premier UK Business LLP in 2013 which has now grown to 30 plus employees and 4 offices around the world. Hammad is a member of board for a number of companies, which include PLCs (Public Limited Companies) and US subsidiaries.
Mike joined Premier in 2015. After training with Deloitte, he worked for various multi-national companies and then set up his own accounting practice under the name of Antrobus, Chartered Accountants. This company merged with Premier UK Business in 2015.
Paul trained with Grant Thornton as a Chartered Accountant before setting up his own practice in Waterlooville under the name of Focus Accounting Limited. Paul joined Premier UK Business board of Partners in October 2019 and specialises in providing strategic financial advice to owner managed businesses. As a part time Finance Director, Paul can work with the other board members implementing corporate governance, financial processes and controls to build a solid foundation for growing your business and taking it to the next level.
Saul brings with him a wealth of IFA knowledge and experience, having worked with NatWest Bank in a senior position for several years. He set up as an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) to provide advice to clients on suitable pension arrangements, insurance policies including disability, illness and life cover to private medical insurance. As an independent advisor Saul can make sure that you get the right advice and suitable policy that meets your business and personal needs.
Senior Tax Consultant
Bilal is an FCCA (Fellow of Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants) and joined Premier in 2013. He has been involved in advising clients on tax compliance and tax planning matters. He has dealt with numerous tax inquiries and investigations successfully.
Paul is one of the leading VAT specialists in the UK. He has over 30 years of experience of working in public practice for top 20 accounting practices and dealing with some of the most complex and high profile VAT investigations.

Our Client Support Team is the first point of contact for our clients to answer their day to day questions. The team ensures that you are aware of various filing deadlines and proactively manage completion and filing of accounts, VAT returns and other company secretarial matters. They can be contacted via email or phone and aim to respond to your questions within one working day. Where expert advice is needed they will make sure that the right person from the Premier Team contacts you and provide you the advice and guidance you require.

Account Management Team
It is extremely important that the person who deals with your accounts understands your business and is fully aware of where your business is going. Therefore continuity of staff is important to you. We make sure that we provide you with a dedicated Account Manager who is an experienced accountant and they get to know you and your business intimately. Their aim is be proactive and let you know of potential hurdles before they arise, timely filing of accounts and various returns to HMRC and Companies House and bringing in specialist team members when they are needed. They can advise you on running your business in a tax efficient manner so you can legitimately minimize your tax liabilities.

Natalie heads up our HR services team. Her work experience includes being an HR Director for a national mental health charity for a number of years along with advising numerous commercial organisations. She has demonstrated competence at both operational and strategic levels as the HR Director. She resolves all personnel and staff related technicalities due to her exceptional knowledge of employment law and her sensible approach.
Who We Are
Competency and precision are a must for the payroll service to ensure smooth running of your business. A minor error can have dire consequences in terms of expenses staff morale. Helen heads our Payroll Team, with experience of over 20 years of running and managing payroll departments of big retail outlets. She is supported by suitably qualified team members who can take care of Auto Enrolment, Staff Pensions, CIS, and other payroll and day to day HR related queries.
